First Visit

Your first visit typically includes a thorough examination and a discussion of your treatment options. In many cases, treatment can begin the same day as your consultation. However, if you have a complex medical history or require an extensive treatment plan, additional evaluations and a follow-up appointment may be needed to complete your care.

To help us serve you better during your consultation, please bring the following information:

  • Any recent x-rays from your previous dentist, if available.
  • A current list of medications you are taking.
  • Completed dental insurance forms, if applicable, to help us process your claims quickly.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please notify our office before treatment if you have any medical conditions that could affect your care (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are currently taking medications like heart drugs, aspirin, or blood thinners.

X-RAYS

If your dentist or physician has recent x-rays, you can ask them to send the images directly to our office. If time is limited, please collect the x-rays yourself and bring them with you. Should additional x-rays be needed, we can take them here during your visit.
